Search By Product

The simplest and the quickest way to find a product is to use our search engine located on the top right corner in all pages of our website. There you can enter a partial product description. It can be as broad as “oil filter” or “belt”. You can also do a search and perform and order by Product Reference which can be found in our paper catalogues.

After having found a product that fits your requirements, you can discover product details as well as advice for its use on its Product Page. There you will also find a selection of complementary or associated products.

To Order a Product

Use the « Add To Cart » Function

Inside www.jeanbuser.com, you will be able to order your products quickly and easily. In order to select the product that you want to purchase, just click on the “Add to Cart” button of the product in question. The chosen product will be added to the selection already in your cart. To remove a product from your shopping cart, press on the “Trash Bin” icon located in the “Remove” column on your shopping cart list. Then click on “Update Cart” to compute the newly updated total purchase amount. In order to modify the quantity of a selected product, just place the number of items that you want to order in the “Qty.” field next to the product description, and click on the “Update Cart” icon.

Customer Identification

If you already are a Jean Buser customer, have filled your cart and you want to place an order, you must identify yourself by typing-in your email address and your password. If you have forgotten your password, you can let us know about it and we will assign you a new password through your email. To do this, click on the link “Password Forgotten? Click Here” link, located in the “My Account” tab on the top right-hand side of the screen.

If you are not yet a registered Jean Buser customer, you need to create an account first. You will need to give us some information about yourself, notably your email address.

Delivery Address

We ask you to please enter your delivery address (your town or city name, your postal code and your country) very precisely. Make sure you spell out completely the name of your delivery city: abbreviations, spelling mistakes and other abnormalities can sometimes cause delivery errors. Your delivery address must be located in Metropolitan France or in one of the following countries Click here.

For Metropolitan France only :

Standard deliveries are made through Colissimo Suivi (48 Hr. delivery service)

Express deliveries are made through Chronopost (24 Hr. delivery service)

When you register your delivery address, you can enter several locations, and add, modify or delete delivery locations. We invite you to read also our section “Delivery Costs and Schedules”.

Order Confirmation

We ask you to please double-check and validate the delivery information that you have entered, particularly your delivery address. If you decide not to validate or confirm your order, you have the option to modify it or to cancel it. To make an order, click on the “Checkout” icon. If you wish to modify your order, you must go back to the preceding steps by clicking on the icons on the top of the screen. Once the order has gone through, the message “Order Complete!” will appear. You will also receive a confirmation email.

Ordering by Telephone (Private Individuals and Professional Repairmen)

Ordering by Fax (Private Individuals and Professional Repairmen)

Nowadays, all Web browsers are equipped with protocols accepting SSL connections. When making a payment, your Bank card number is transmitted only to our secure banking partner, CIC Bank, (and not to JEAN BUSER).

From the end of 2008 onwards, French banks have set up an additional encoding protocol to process electronic payments made with VISA and MASTERCARD bank cards. This new protocol is named “3D Secure”.  Please ensure that you have gotten all the required information from the bank issuing your VISA or MASTERCARD bank card so that your payments go through seamlessly on our website. Credit Notes

In the event that you return merchandise to our warehouse following the procedure outlined in the section GENERAL TERMS OF SALE / SHIPPING AND RETURNS, you can ask for the reimbursement of your purchase as a credit note to be applied to your next order. In this case, a “Credit Note / Discount” code will be sent to you via email: you must enter this code in the “Credit Note / Gift Voucher” field located in the “Payment” page of our site. This code is unique and is useable only once. Please ensure that you keep it in a safe location, because it cannot be reissued to you in the event that you lose it.

Order Confirmation Email

- Codes are only valid for specific products on our website. A promotional code can only be used once per Buyer and is non-refundable. Promotional codes are not cumulative.

- In order to benefit from the price reduction linked to a promotional code, it is necessary to enter it inside the promotional code field when you are validating your order on our website. Should you forget to enter the code in the applicable field, we cannot cancel the purchase and renew it taking the promotional code into account.

- Promotional codes are valid for specific time frames only, which are published in Porsche-related magazines and with our affiliates.

What is a discount coupon?

Discount coupons are promotional offers such as: free shipping, price reductions in euros, percentage discounts and gifts. Jean Buser makes you benefit from exceptional offers and helps you “buy smart”.

How can I use a discount coupon?

Account Creation

In order to create a customer account, you must enter your name, last name, address, your birthdate, your telephone number, your email address and create a password.

When your customer account has been created, you will be able to check your order history and status. You will also be able to manage your personal information, your addresses, your contact email, your password, and your subscription to the Jean Buser newsletter. Click on the “My Account” button located at the top of our website pages to access your customer account.

To find out about the status of an order and its history, download and print an invoice, click on the “My Account” icon and identify yourself. Click in the order number that you want to follow: a detailed information page will be opened.

Subscription to Our Newsletter

In order to receive information about our products, our Flash sales and expert advice, you must only check the “Jean Buser Porsche newsletter” box inside the “Subscription” section of your account creation page. You always have the possibility to un-register from the Newsletter by selecting the “Subscribe to or unsubscribe from Newsletters” that is accessible from the “My Account” menu.

In order to modify the personal information in your account, click on “My Account” and enter your email address and your password. You will find the “My Account” link on the top side of each page on our site www.jeanbuser.com. There you will be able to modify your personal information, change your password, change your delivery address or add additional delivery addresses.

If you forget your Password

To Enter or Modifiy Delivery Information

In your Address Book, you can create, modify or eliminate several delivery addresses, so that you can have orders delivered to family, friends, or directly at your place of work. In order to create or add delivery addresses, click on the “Add An Address” link. To erase and address, click on the “Delete” link located next to each address that you want deleted.

In order to modify a delivery address, click on the “Edit” link located next to each address that you want modified.

To select the Main Delivery Address

When you first create your Customer account on www.jeanbuser.com, the address that you enter is considered as your main delivery address. By default your order will be shipped to that address.

In order to change your default delivery address, enter a new address and check the “Main Address” box.
