Copper cylinder base gasket, 356 (50-65) + 912 (66-69)

Our copper cylinder head base gasket is used in the following vehicles:

    Porsche 356 (1950-1955)

    Porsche 356 A (1956-1959)

    Porsche 356 B (1959-1963)

    Porsche 356 C (1964-1965)

    Porsche 356 SC (1964-1965)

    Porsche 912 1.6 L (1966-1969)

The purpose of cylinder head gaskets is to ensure proper mating of the engine block with the cylinder bases, thus avoiding any oil leaks, blow-by or loss of compression. When rebuilding your 356 or 912 motor, replace the original cylinder head gaskets with a set of new ones.

Gasket thickness: 0.25 mm.

Note: this part is not used on the Carrera versions of the Porsche 356.
