Our crush washer between the crossover pipe and the crossover pipe flange is used as original equipment in the following vehicle models:

    Porsche 911 Turbo 3.0 L (1975-1977)

    Porsche 911 Turbo 3.3 L (1978-1983)

    Porsche 911 Turbo 3.3 L (1984-1989) - European versions only

This crush washer ensures a good fit and the leak-proof connection between the crossover pipe and the intermediate exhaust muffler flange on the turbocharged Porsche 911’s. This crush washer between the crossover pipe and its flange is used together with the crush gasket reference 911.010488.

Notes:

This crush washer is not used on the USA-Canada versions of the Porsche 911 Type 930 between 1984 and 1989.

For the Porsche 911 Turbo’s because of the engine’s much higher exhaust gas temperatures it is recommended to replace your crossover pipe and pipe flange with its crush washers by the leak-proof stainless steel crossover pipe reference 911.010477S that has 2 built-in crossover pipe flanges.
