    Porsche 964 Turbo 3.3 L (1991-1992)

    Porsche 964 Turbo 3.6 L (1993-1994)

A triple-disc carbon clutch is engineered to withstand the severest driving conditions while taking full advantage of your engine’s available power. This triple disc clutch has a very progressive feel. It also has the lowest moment of inertia and allows for full control of engine torque while the clutch pedal is half-engaged. This makes quick shifting and fast accelerations easy.  

The advantages of using a carbon clutch over the traditional metal clutches are many:

1. Superb heat resistance to withstand extreme racing requirements:
- the carbon clutch melting point was successfully raised by over 1,000 degrees centigrade in relation to the melting point of traditional metal clutches
- prevents fusion with surrounding metal parts
- no distortion of the carbon disk

2. An unparalleled level of strength and enduring performance through a unique, random weaving methodology.

3. Large carbon disk diameter of 230 mm.:
- superior friction characteristics and excellent torque transfer
- non-slipping even without warm up (within rated horse power, no power shifting)

- all parts manufactured and assembled in the strictest quality control environment
- flexibility to manufacture per customer specifications

5. Outstanding controllability in even the thickest of traffic congestions:

- lightweight - less than 25% of a traditional metal clutch of similar design
