Double reverse gear for Type 915 transmission, 911 (72-86)

Our double reverse gear is used as original equipment on the following vehicles that are equipped with Type 915 manual transmissions:

      Porsche 911 E / 911 S 2.4 L (1972-1973)

      Porsche 911 T-V / 911 T-E / 911 T-K 2.4 L (1972-1973)

      Porsche 911 Carrera 2.7 L (1973-1975)

      Porsche 911 2.7 L (1974-1977)

      Porsche 911 S 2.7 L (1974-1977)

      Porsche 911 Carrera 3.0 L (1976-1977)

      Porsche 911 SC 3.0 L (1978-1983)

      Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 L (1984-1986)

      Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 L Turbo-Look (1984-1986)

Notes:

This double reverse gear is placed on the transmission main shaft on its shorter end. It is used on vehicles with either a 4-speed or a 5-speed manual transmission.

This reverse gear is not useable on Turbocharged Porsche 911’s or on vehicles that are equipped with a Sportomatic transmission.
