Our castellated nut for the transmission’s main shaft is used as original equipment on the following vehicles that are equipped with a Type 915 manual transmission:

      Porsche 911 2.7 L (1974-1977) *

      Porsche 911 S 2.7 L (1974-1977) *

      Porsche 911 Carrera 3.0 L (1976-1977) *

      Porsche 911 SC 3.0 L (1978-1983)

      Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 L (1984-1989)

      Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 L Turbo-Look (1984-1989)

Notes:

* Used in vehicles that are equipped with Type 915 4 or 5-speed transmissions.

This castellated nut is located at the short end of the transmission main shaft.

Not suitable for the Porsche 911 Turbo or for vehicles equipped with Sportomatic transmissions.

Castellated nut dimensions: M18 x 1.5.
