Oil temperature sensor, 6 Volt, 356 for all vehicles with 6V electrical systems

Our oil temperature sensor is used as original equipment on the following vehicles that are equipped with a 6-Volt electrical system:

Porsche 356 Pre-A (1948-1955)

Porsche 356 A (1956-1959)

Porsche 356 B (1959-1963)

Porsche 356 C / SC (1964-1965)

This 6-Volt oil temperature sensor is located on the engine crankcase or on the separate oil reservoir (for applicable 356 Carrera 1500’s and 1600’s).

This oil temperature sender is suitable for vehicles equipped with a 6-Volt electrical system.

Note:

For the following vehicles that are originally equipped with a 12-Volt electrical system, please use the oil temperature sender reference 911.010190A:

-      356 C +

-      356 B Carrera GS 2.0 L Engine Type 587/1/2000 131 HP. (1962-1963) +

-      356 B Carrera GT 2.0 L Engine Type 587/2/2000 160 HP. (1963-1964)
