The Perma-Tune model 928 electronic ignition box is the ideal upgrade for the stock ignition system for your Porsche 928 from 1978 to 1983. The advantage of the Perma-Tune system is to produce a hotter and longer-lasting spark. This improves combustion, reduces emissions and improves engine horsepower.

The model 928 Perma-Tune ignition box is designed to replace the stock ignition module and will bolt up plug in to the same location as the stock system. By design, Perma-Tune ignition boxes make very little heat of their own.

The model 928 ignition box increases spark energy by a factor of three compared to the spark produced by the stock ignition system. This allows your engine to make more power for the same amount of fuel and will prevent our spark plugs from fouling.
