Speedometer counter gearshaft on transmission secondary (pinion) shaft 912 (66-69) + 911 (65-71)

Our speedometer gearshaft located on the transmission’s secondary (pinion) shaft is used as original equipment in the following vehicles that are equipped with a manual 4 or 5-speed transmission:

      Porsche 911 2.0 L (1965-1968)

      Porsche 911 S 2.0 L (1967-1969)

      Porsche 911 T 2.0 L (1968-1969)

      Porsche 911 TU 2.0 L (1968)

      Porsche 911 L 2.0 L (1968)

      Porsche 911 E 2.0 L (1969)

      Porsche 912 1.6 L (1966-1969)

      Porsche 911 T / 911 E / 911 S 2.2 L (1970-1971)

      Porsche 914-6 2.0 L (1970-1972)

This speedometer gearshaft is bolted to the elastic bolt that is screwed into the tip of the transmission’s secondary (pinion) shaft.

This gearshaft transmits the rotating movement of the pinion shaft to the speedometer angle drive reference 911.070039 that is bolted to the transmission case.

This gearshaft at the end of the transmission’s pinion shaft is not suitable for Sportomatic transmissions.
