These scuff
plates will improve the looks of your vehicle while protecting your door sills
against scratches, dents and premature wear.
These scuff
plates are easy to install, are fitted with strong adhesive strips and require
no drilling. They have no engraving.
Installation procedure:
Start by first
removing the original rubber door sills. Be certain to remove all traces of
glue left from the original door sill covers before installing the stainless
steel door sill protectors. You can glue the new protectors to the sills in the
same position that the original covers were located by removing the strip that
covers the two-face adhesive bands on the metal scuff plates. Trial fit the
sill protectors before gluing them to ensure best fit. Place them at a location that ensures maximum contact
between the door sill frame and the metal scuff plates. Avoid warping the metal
protectors during installation.
