Steel exhaust muffler « European Version », 356 B (60-63) + 356 C / SC (64-65) + 912 (66-69)

Our steel exhaust muffler also known as the “European Version “ or “Newer Model” muffler is used on the following vehicles:

     Porsche 356 B T-6 Coupé / Cabrio / Roadster / Karmann Hard Top with Type T-6 body (09/1961-07/1963) European Versions only⁽¹⁾

    Porsche 356 C (1964-1965) European Versions only⁽¹⁾

    Porsche 356 SC (1964-1965) European Versions only⁽¹⁾

    Porsche 912 1.6 L (1966-1969) European Versions only⁽¹⁾

Notes:

⁽¹⁾ Vehicles with the «Newer Model» exhaust muffler are equipped with a cabin heating system which was used and afterwards kept for the German, Swedish and other European versions of the Porsche 356 B T-6, 356 C, 356 SC and Porsche 912. These vehicles were afterwards identified as having a “Euro-style” cabin heating system.

Vehicles equipped with this exhaust muffler are fitted with a side-by-side twin outlet heat exchanger set. Please check with us for more information.

Attention: This exhaust muffler is not used in the Carrera versions of the Porsche 356 with the Führmann 4 cam engine.
