Temperature sensor, 964 Turbo 3.3 L / 3.6 L (91-94) + 924 S (86-88) + 944 + 968 + 959

Our temperature sensor has several uses in the Porsche parts program.

1. This sensor is used as an oil temperature sensor placed on the oil pressure transmitter support plate located on top of the engine case in the following vehicles:

     Porsche 964 Turbo 3.3 L (1991-1992)

     Porsche 964 Turbo 3.6 L (1993-1994)

2. This sensor is used as an oil temperature sensor placed on the engine crankcase of the following vehicles:

     Porsche 924 S 2.5 L (1986-1988)

     Porsche 9442.5 L (1982-1988) / Porsche 944 2.7 L (1989)

     Porsche 944 S 2.5 L (1987-1988) / Porsche 944 S-2 3.0 L (1989-1991)

     Porsche 944 Turbo 2.5 L (1986-1991) / Porsche 944 Turbo S 2.5 L (1987-1988)

     Porsche 968 3.0 L (1992-1995) / Porsche 968 3.0 L Club Sport Version (1993-1995)

3. This sensor is used as a water temperature sensor placed on the water thermostat housing in the following vehicles:

     Porsche 959  2.85 L (1987-1988)
