Our threaded
screw plug has two different uses in the Porsche parts program.
1. This plug is used as a threaded plug for the oil overpressure piston and spring inside the
engine crankcase in the following vehicles:

Carrera versions of the Porsche 356.
** One plug is placed on the left engine crankcase
half and another plug is located in the right engine crankcase half.

half.

2. This plug is used as a threaded screw cap for the oil overpressure piston and spring located
inside the oil filter console in the following vehicles:
Porsche 911 S 2.0 L (1969)
Porsche 911 S 2.2 L (1970-1971)
