This ball bearing is used on the above-listed vehicles that are equipped with Type 915 or 930 transmissions (Type 923 for the Porsche 912E). It is placed in the inner position at the rear of the main transmission shaft.

This bearing is not used on vehicles equipped with Sportomatic transmissions.
