This needle cage bearing located on the transmission’s
main shaft serves to support the free-wheeling gear for the 3rd gear
set. This needle cage bearing is
suitable for vehicles equipped with manual 5 or 6-speed transmissions.
This needle cage bearing is not useable on vehicles
with Tiptronic transmissions.
