Notes:
On the Porsche 911, 911 Turbo and 959 in the above
list, this needle cage bearing located on the transmission main shaft serves as
a support for the small size reverse
free gear. This needle cage bearing is
suitable for Type G50, G59 and G64 5 to 6-speed manual transmissions.
On the Porsche 928 from 1985 onwards, this needle cage
bearing is located on the reverse gear shaft. It serves as a support for the
reverse free gear.
Attention: This small size
needle cage bearing is not suitable for use in vehicles with automatic or
Sportomatic transmissions.
