Our transmission
roller bearing has two different applications as original equipment in the
Porsche parts program.
1. This roller bearing is used as the secondary transmission shaft (pinion shaft)
front bearing on the transmission casing on the following vehicle models
that are equipped with manual transmissions:
Porsche 911 E
/ 911 S 2.4 L (1972-1973)
Porsche 911 T-V /
T-E / T-K 2.4 L (1972-1973)
Porsche 911 Carrera 2.7 L
(1973-1975)
Porsche 911 2.7 L (1974-1977)
Porsche 911 S 2.7 L (1974-1977)

In this application this roller bearing is placed on
the lower position on the
transmission gears’ casing for vehicles equipped with type 915 transmissions. This
bearing is also the secondary transmission shaft (pinion shaft’s) front roller bearing.
This roller bearing is not used on vehicles equipped
with Sportomatic transmissions.

2. This bearing is also used as a roller bearing on the transmission’s secondary shaft (pinion shaft) in
the rear position on the following vehicles:
