Transmission secondary (pinion) shaft inner ball bearing 911 Turbo (-88) + 924 5-speed (78-79)

Our transmission secondary shaft (pinion shaft) inner ball bearing is used as original equipment on the following vehicle models:

     Porsche 911 Turbo 3.0 L (1975-1977) *

     Porsche 911 Turbo 3.3 L (1978-1988) *

     Porsche 924 2.0 L with 5-speed transmissions (1978-1979) **

Notes:

* This ball bearing for the transmission’s secondary (or pinion) shaft is suitable for vehicles equipped with Type 930 4-speed transmissions.

** This ball bearing for the transmission’s secondary (or pinion) shaft is suitable for vehicles equipped with 5-speed transmissions with the following transmission numbers: 8 VA 00001 >> (1978) and 9 VA 00001 >> (1979).

For the 911 Turbo above, this ball bearing is placed on the transmission’s secondary or pinion shaft in the rear inner position between the inner pinion shaft’s roller bearing and the transmission’s 4^th speed fixed gear.

For the 924 above, this ball bearing is placed on the transmission’s secondary or pinion shaft in the rear inner position between the pinion shaft’s roller bearing and the transmission’s 5^th speed fixed gear.
