Transmission selector rod seal 924/928/944 + transmission distributor housing seal 964 C4 (89-94)

Our oil seal has several applications in the Porsche parts program.

1. This seal is used as an oil seal for the transmission gear selector in the following veicles that are equipped with a manual transmission:

     Porsche 924 2.0 L (1976-1979) *

On the Porsche 924 and 944/944 Turbo, in this application this transmission selector oil seal is inserted into the wall of the transmission housing on the side of the transmission. On the Porsche 928, this oil seal is inserted into the transmission housing wall on the side opposite from the transmission differential.

2. This seal is used as an oil seal on the intermediate transmission housing (distributor housing) in the following vehicles that are equipped with a manual transmission:

      Porsche 964 Carrera 4 3.6 L (1989-1994)

In this application this oil seal is inserted into the wall of the transmission distributor housing next to the M16 x 22 x 27 mm. bearing sleeve reference 911.030164A.

3. This seal is used as an oil seal for the installation of the front sway bar on the following vehicle models:

     Porsche 911 Turbo 3.3 L Slant Nose (1988-1989)
