Transmission sliding sleeve 3rd/4th gear 911 (76-86)+911 Turbo (-88) +924 (78-79)+924 Turbo/GT(-84)

Our transmission sliding sleeve has two different uses as original equipment in the Porsche parts program.

1. This slider is used as a transmission sliding sleeve between the 3^rd and the 4^th free-wheeling gears in the following vehicles that are equipped with manual transmissions:

     Porsche 911 2.7 L (1976-1977) *

     Porsche 911 S 2.7 L (1976-1977)

     Porsche 911 Carrera 3.0 L (1976-1977)

     Porsche 911 SC 3.0 L (1978-1983)

     Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 L (1984-1986)

     Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 L Turbo-Look (1984-1986)

     Porsche 911 Turbo 3.0 L (1975-1977)

     Porsche 911 Turbo 3.3 L (1978-1988)

     Porsche 924 2.0 L with manual 5-speed transmissions (1978-1979)

     Porsche 924 Turbo 2.0 L (1979-1984)

     Porsche 924 Carrera GT 2.0 L (1981)

Notes:

For the Porsche 911 in the above list, this sliding sleeve for the 3^rd/4^th gears is used on vehicles that are equipped with Type 915 manual 4 or 5-speed transmissions. For the Porsche 912E, this slider is used on vehicles equipped with the Type 923 5-speed transmission.

* Includes the Porsche 911 Carrera 2.7 L (USA-CAN-California) from 1975 with manual 4-speed transmissions.
