Transmission synchronizer ring Ø 70 mm. 1st>4/5th gear 912 +911 (65-71) +3rd >4/5th gear 911(72-86)

Our transmission synchronizer ring with a diameter of 70 mm. has two different uses as original equipment in the Porsche parts program.

1. This ring is used as a synchronizer ring for the 1^st + 2^nd + 3^rd + 4^th gear (and for the 5^th gear for vehicles so equipped) in the following vehicle models:

     Porsche 911 2.0 L (1965-1968)

     Porsche 911 S 2.0 L (1967-1969)

     Porsche 911 T 2.0 L (1968-1969)

     Porsche 911 TU 2.0 L / 911 L 2.0 L (1968)

     Porsche 911 E 2.0 L (1969)

     Porsche 912 1.6 L (1966-1969)

     Porsche 914-4 1.7 L (1970-1973)

     Porsche 914-4 1.8 L (USA/CAL) (1974-1976)

     Porsche 914-4 Type V 1.8 L (1974-1976)

     Porsche 914-4 2.0 L (1973-1976)

     Porsche 914-6 2.0 L (1970-1972)

     Porsche 911 T / 911 E / 911 S 2.2 L (1970-1971)

Quantities required per vehicle in this application:

- 911 + 912 + 914 with 5-speed transmissions: 5 (1 synchronizer ring for each gear)

- 911 + 912 with 4-speed transmissions: 4 (1 synchronizer ring for each gear)

2. This ring is used as a synchronizer ring for the 3^rd + 4^th gear (and for the 5^th gear for vehicles so equipped) in the following vehicle models:

     Porsche 911 E / 911 S 2.4 L (1972-1973)

     Porsche 911 T-V / 911 T-E / 911 T-K 2.4 L (1972-1973)

     Porsche 911 Carrera 2.7 L (1973-1975)

Quantities required per vehicle in this application:

- 911 + 912 E with 5-speed transmissions: 3 (1 synchronizer ring for the 3^rd, 4^th, and 5^th gears)

- 911 with 4-speed transmissions: 2 (1 synchronizer ring for the 3^rd and 4^th gears)

Notes:

* This synchronizer ring is useable on vehicles equipped with manual 4 or 5-speed transmissions. It is not used on vehicles equipped with Sportomatic transmissions or on the 911 Turbo.
