Our transmission shift rod cover gasket is used as original equipment on the following vehicles that are equipped with a Type 915 or Type 930 4 or 5-speed manual transmissions:

    Porsche 911 Carrera 2.7 L (1973-1975)

    Porsche 911 2.7 L (1974-1977)

    Porsche 911 S 2.7 L (1974-1977)

    Porsche 911 Carrera 3.0 L (1976-1977)

    Porsche 911 SC 3.0 L (1978-1983)

    Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 L (1984-1986)

    Porsche 911 Turbo 3.0 L (1975-1977)

    Porsche 911 Turbo 3.3 L (1978-1988)

    Porsche 912 E 2.0 L (USA-CAN) (1976)

This transmission shift rod cover gasket is placed on the transmission housing cover plate that supports the fork for the gear selector stick.

This gasket is not used on vehicles that are equipped with Sportomatic transmissions.
