Valve cover gasket, 356 (50-65) + 912 (66-69)

Our valve cover gasket set is used as original factory equipment on the following vehicles:

    Porsche 356 (1950-1955)

    Porsche 356 A (1956-1959) *

    Porsche 356 B (1959-1963) *

    Porsche 356 C (1964-1965) *

    Porsche 356 SC (1964-1965)

    Porsche 912 1.6 L (1966-1969)

Notes:

This gasket is the original cork valve cover gasket that was used by Porsche on the 356 and 912 up until 1969. The cork gasket has a very good thermal resistance and a good ability to expand or contract along with temperature changes. Apply the gasket on the cylinder head with a little gasket glue and let dry. Then smear a little grease around the seal before installing the valve cover. This will allow the gasket to be easily removed for your next cylinder head inspection.

* This valve cover gasket set is not used in the Carrera versions of the Porsche 356.
