Our VDM 356 GT /A type steering wheel is suitable for installation in the following vehicles:

Porsche 356 Pre-A (1954-1955)

Porsche 356 A (1956-1959)

Porsche 356 B (1959-1963)

Porsche 356 C / SC (1964-1965)

This steering wheel is a faithful reproduction of the original metal and wood steering wheel that specially designed by VDM for the Porsche 356 GT and the Spyder 550 A.  The original VDM steering wheel was made for the following vehicles:

         356 A Carrera GT 1.6 L Engine Type 547/1 109 HP. (1956-1957-1958-1959)

         356 A Carrera GT 1.6 L Engine Type 692/0 + 692/1 109 HP. (1959)

         Porsche 356 Carrera RS Spyder 550 (1956-1959)

Sporty and classic, this 3-spoke metal and wood steering wheel of diameter 420 mm. (16.5 inches) is made up of a metal frame surrounded by a beautiful bi-color wooden laminate.

This steering wheel is supplied without a horn knob.
