Wastegate pipe to muffler crush washer, 911 Turbo (75-82)

Our wastegate pipe to muffler crush washer is used in the following Turbocharged vehicles :

Porsche 911 Turbo 3.0 L Type 930 (1975-1977)

Porsche 911 Turbo Carrera (USA-CAN) 3.0 L (1975-1977)

Porsche 911 Turbo 3.3 L Type 930 (1978-1982)

This crush washer is placed between the wastegate exhaust pipe and the rear muffler intake pipe. The function of the crush washer is to provide a good seal at the junction between the two pipes.

This crush washer is also used in the following vehicles :

Porsche 924 Turbo (1980-1984) (USA-CAN)

For the above vehicles, this crush washer is located between the wastegate exhaust pipe and the intake pipe located on the side of the catalytic converter.

When replacing the crush washer from the wastegate exhaust pipe to the rear muffler on your Porsche 930 Turbo, you will also need the following components to provide a good seal between the wastegate pipe and the muffler pipe :

911.010488C: Flange clamp half, wastegate pipe to muffler, 911 Turbo (75-83) (2)

911.010489B: Hexagonal head bolt for flange clamp half, 911 Turbo (75-83) (2)
